Being bipolar is one of the most destructive things that can happen to a person. It not only affects your life, but those around you as well. I know this first hand.

I have been diagnosed with bi-polar II disorder and it’s ruining my life.

My life was perfect until my diagnosis. It seemed like nothing could get me down.

I was a happy go lucky person. Nothing could get me down. I had a great job, a great family, and a great life. I never thought I would have any problems in my life.

I thought that because things were so perfect for me that they would stay this way forever but they didn’t…

Then one day I started having mood swings, I would be happy one minute and depressed the next.

It was hard for me to come to terms with this because I didn’t want people thinking of me as crazy or unstable but after a while I realized that it wasn’t something I could change so instead of dwelling on it too much I decided that maybe there were some things in my life which could help make things better.

I was put on medication for depression and anxiety, but this didn’t help at all.

I had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was experiencing extreme highs and lows. The medication wasn’t working because I wasn’t suffering from a chemical imbalance in my brain; instead it was the result of my mind trying to cope with being bi-polar.

Things got worse over time and I began self-harming to cope with the pain.

I began self-harming as a way to cope with the pain of being bipolar. It was a way for me to release some of my anger and frustration, but it just made things worse in the long run.

Self-harm is when you intentionally hurt yourself, such as cutting or burning yourself on purpose.

It’s important that you find other ways to deal with your emotions instead of hurting yourself because it can lead to serious problems later in life–like depression and anxiety disorders!

I went through a really bad breakup and decided to overdose on anti-depressants.

You may be asking yourself, “How can I fix my life?” Well, there is no easy answer to that question. It’s going to take time and patience. You have to start with small steps and work your way up from there.

You have to start by getting out of bed on a daily basis, even if it’s just for five minutes at a time–if that’s all you can manage in the beginning. After doing this consistently for several months, then try increasing the amount of time spent awake each day until eventually you’re able to stay awake all day long (or almost all day long).

Once this has been achieved successfully over several months’ worth of effort and determination on your part, then we can move onto other areas where improvement might be needed such as physical fitness or self-care skills like grooming/hygiene routines etc…

My partner found me, called an ambulance, and saved my life! But he left me after that because he thought I ‘faked’ my depression just so he would stay with me! This is why bipolar ruined my life – people who are close to you will always leave once they discover what you really are!

I am a very sensitive person, and I tend to feel things more deeply than other people do. But this is not a bad thing! If anything, it’s an asset because most people are too numb to care about anything at all, let alone something as important as human suffering!
